By using the Milk Jar apps or website you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, not to hide anything.

What Milk Jar is

Milk Jar is a delivery-management ledger for small dairies. The free plan stores records locally and holds a limited number of customers. Paid options lift that limit and, with a subscription, add cloud features.

Subscriptions & purchases

Milk Jar Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play; it renews until you cancel in your store account settings, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period. The one-time unlock is a permanent license for the app's local features on your account; it does not include cloud features. Purchases made through Apple are also governed by Apple's Standard EULA.

Your records

The records you keep in Milk Jar are yours. You're responsible for their accuracy, and — outside of an active Pro subscription's cloud backup — for backing them up. Milk Jar is a record-keeping tool; dairy sales rules vary by location, and operators remain responsible for complying with the laws that apply to them.

Fair use

Don't use Milk Jar to break the law, to send abusive content through announcements or the customer portal, or to probe, overload, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty

Milk Jar is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you.
